Assistant Chef Manager needed for School Food Service in the Destin, FL area. Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day, 7:15 am to 2:15 pm. Culinary background required, K - 12 School food service experience a plus. Must have experience in high volume cooking and catering. No weekends or holidays, summers off! Must pass background check. Start date August 5, 2024. ServSafe® certification a plus. Must possess good communication skills
Duties to Include:
Ordering and inventory control
POS/ cashier
Oversee school kitchen operations
Creative menu ideas
Catering, etc.
